Semere & Co, a sole proprietorship based in Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Newsletter: your email address, to send the newsletter. Legal basis: consent. Processed by Flodesk.

Advisory coaching calls and bookings: name, email, questionnaire answers and booking details, to prepare and deliver the session. Legal basis: contract. Processed by Cal.com and Google Workspace.

Payments: name, email and payment details, to take payment. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card details.

Contact and speaker forms: the details you submit, to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Delivered by email via Cloudflare.

Website: basic technical data needed to run and secure the site, plus usage analytics. Processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless).

How long we keep it

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Booking and questionnaire data: up to 24 months after the last session, then deleted.

Accounting records: 7 years, as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers listed above. Some of them are based outside the EU/EEA, and transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, so no cookie consent banner is needed.
