When choosing a coach to support our sales team, Rut was the obvious choice for us! She hosted a half-day workshop on Self-leadership and managed to create significant impact in very little time. Rut is one of the most inspirational people I have met, and really knows how to get a room engaged.

Ruthie is an outstanding executive coach and an all-round decipherer of people. Through our 1:1 coaching engagement, she helped me sharpen my negotiation and communication skills in ways that have had a direct impact on how I lead and operate. She reads people accurately, asks the questions that actually matter, and the results show up in real life.

We had the real pleasure of having Ruthie as the moderator at our event, Tillväxtdagen in Oct 2024. With her own experience as an entrepreneur and a passion for entrepreneurship, Ruthie did a fantastic job as a moderator. She elevated the entire day with her engaging and genuine manner of interacting with the speakers and guiding the audience throughout the event.

I joined Ruthie initially to work on how to present myself authentically to the world and to become more confident. Instead, I left with answers to a lot of questions I hadn't even thought to ask, a new sense of self-assurance and appreciation and finally being able to feel like and be myself. As a bi-cultural woman, Ruthie made me feel seen and heard, something that I didn't realise I was missing.

My biggest shift has been realizing that self-leadership is not about doing more, but about aligning with what truly matters to me. I've learned how to set clearer boundaries, prioritize more effectively, and trust myself in decision-making. And honestly, Ruthie herself is what makes the experience so powerful.
